Course description
This course is perfect for you if you want to build on the electrical engineering skills you developed as part of your SVQ Level 2 Performing Engineering Operations (PEO) qualification, and have the ambition to become a skilled craftsperson or operative.

Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)
This course is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) programme. This means that you are required to have access to your own laptop computer, netbook or similar device in class each day that you are in college.
This may be funded or part-funded by a bursary, if you are eligible to receive one.
Entry requirements
- One National 5 pass in Maths at grade D or above – (Applications of Maths is not accepted)
Or
- Completion of SVQ Level 2 PEO – with the addition of Preparation for Maths Craft 1
- For those returning to education, relevant life skills and experience may allow entry.
