Course description

The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree aims to develop students’ understanding of the area of Business Administration and Management and develop practical skills appropriate for careers in this area. Theory and practice are given equal emphasis to give a holistic understanding of the role of Business Administration as well as knowledge of and skills associated with business start-up, growth and innovation.

Scottish Higher, standard entry requirements: A,A,B,B

Scottish Advanced Higher, standard entry requirements: B,B

  • including one of the following: Accounting, Business, Economics or Maths plus AABB at Higher for entry to Year 2.

Scottish HNC, standard entry requirements: Pass

  • HNC (Business preferred) with B in a graded unit for entry to Year 1.
  • For Year 2 entry: HNC in Business with A in graded unit.

Scottish HND, standard entry requirements: Pass

  • HND in Business with BB in a graded unit for entry to Year 1.
  • For Year 2 entry: HND in Business with BB in graded units.
  • For Year 3 entry: HND in Business with AA in graded units.
