Course overview
This Cake Decorating Intermediate course will help you take your cake decorating skills to the next level!This Cake Decoration course at Glasgow Clyde College is suitable for those who have completed the beginner's Cake Decoration course.You will be welcomed into a friendly class where you will learn a different cake each week and make new friends.
Course description
There is no baking component to this course, only decoration.
You'll be decorate a variety of different cakes, which may include but are not limited to:
- Camper van cake
- Makeup case
- Flower cupcakes
- Christmas cupcake bouquet
- Baby changing bag
- Christmas inspired cake
- Cake of your choice (final week)
Please note:
- Recipes will be issued prior to starting including an email detailing materials/equipment required for the course
- You'll bake and fill your cakes at home prior to class
- Instruction will be given with a step-by-step process on the night
