Course overview
This course has been developed to provide a basic understanding of Human Resource Management (HRM), administration and IT skills and knowledge required for further study and employment where a basic understanding of the law and administration may enhance your career prospects. On successful completion, you can progress onto the level 6 Administration and Human Resource Management course commencing in January 2026. On completion of your level 6 course, you can study a relevant HNC from August 2026.

- Provide you with the opportunity to develop relevant Core Skills for HRM and administration-related occupations and further study.
- Prepare you for entry into related HN programmes.

Entry requirements
- Candidates will be considered on an individual basis
- A minimum of three relevant National 4s (must include English and Maths/Numeracy)
